Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before installing or using Marathi Lipi Professional Keyboard. By clicking "I accept the agreement" during installation, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1 License Grant

Anil Bhowte ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. Each license key permits activation on one device at a time.

2 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software or your license key to any third party
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software on more devices than permitted by your license key

3 Activation & Device Limit

The Software requires online activation using a valid license key and email address. Each license key may be active on one device at a time. You may deactivate the Software on one device and reactivate it on another through the activation interface provided.

4 Typing Assistance & Disclaimer

Marathi Lipi is a typing input utility designed to assist users in composing Marathi (Devanagari script) text on Windows. It does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any text entered using it.

Any typographical errors, incorrect characters, missed keystrokes, unintended text output, or other mistakes arising during use of the Software are the sole responsibility of the user. The Licensor shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, data corruption, miscommunication, financial loss, or any other consequence — direct or indirect — arising from typographical errors or incorrect text produced while using the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

In no event shall the Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid for the Software license.

6 Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, rule engine, design, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Anil Bhowte. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

7 Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
